These are NxtScript’s acceptable use policies.

(d) Collecting, storing, posting, transmitting, or soliciting personal information (including, without limitation, biographical, residential, social, marital, occupational, financial, and health information) about other Users without their knowledge or consent;

(e) Engaging in the collection, storage, posting, transmitting, or solicitation of personal information pertaining to individuals under the age of 18.

(f) Collecting, storing, posting, transmitting, or soliciting any material, information, message, or communication that constitutes or contains viruses, malware, spyware, or any other harmful or disruptive code or component that could damage or interfere with the operation of the Services or the computers, systems, or networks of NxtScript.com or any other Users.

(g) Impersonating any person or entity or falsely representing your affiliation with any person or entity.

(h) Accessing or attempting to access any account, computer system, or network without authorization, or attempting to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization.

(i) Interfering with or disrupting the Services, servers, networks, or systems connected to the Services, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of networks connected to the Services.

(j) Engaging in any activity that could disable, overburden, or impair the functionality, performance, or availability of the Services or interfere with any other User’s use of the Services.

(k) Using any automated means, such as bots, spiders, scrapers, or any other automated methods, to access, collect, or extract data from the Services, unless explicitly permitted by NxtScript.com.

(l) Promoting or engaging in any form of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, spam, or other similar content.

(m) Engaging in any activity that violates the privacy rights or personal information of other Users, including but not limited to stalking, harassing, or otherwise harming individuals.

(n) Violating any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to laws regarding the transmission of technical data or software exported from the United States or the country in which you reside.

Intellectual Property Rights:

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of NxtScript.com and any third parties. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any copyrighted materials, trademarks, or other proprietary information without the express consent of the owner is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities:

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their username and password, and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to notify NxtScript.com immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

Privacy:

NxtScript.com does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third parties. Survival:

The provisions of this Policy that by their nature should survive termination or expiration of this Policy shall survive, including but not limited to the provisions relating to intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranty, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
